rude front desk disruptive noise
The air conditioning worked well. That was a relief.
The front desk staff acted like I was bothering them whenever I spoke to them. The noise at night was disruptive. It was hard to sleep until the music stopped at 11 PM. I think the disco should consider the other guests.

Excellent stay near the airport
private beach accommodating staff well kept rooms
I especially enjoyed the private beach area. It was a wonderful spot to relax. The staff was very accommodating and amiable. I found the rooms to be well-kept. They contributed to a pleasant stay overall.
The bathroom size was a bit restricted. Two people cannot fit simultaneously.

The food options at the buffet were wonderful. There was great variety. Clayton at breakfast was particularly kind and helpful (a real highlight!). He were very good.

The staff showed genuine enjoyment in their work. The front desk staff checked us in quickly. The team seemed willing to assist. Their positive attitudes contributed to a cute atmosphere.

mixed feelings about this stay
boring buffet trip hazards
The food was not great. The buffet was boring with minimal options. there was only one a la carte restaurant i could go to, and it was jamaican and italian fusion, which i didn't love. there were trip hazards everywhere, and i saw two people fall and need to go to the hospital.

mixed experience at the resort
unreliable wifi uncleaned rooms
the staff were very helpful, i will say that they made me feel at home.
The wifi was unreliable. I needed to check my emails. it was not possible. i noticed some guests had to sit in the lobby for meetings or calls. rooms were not always cleaned even when we requested it.

amazing stay at the resort!
clean pool excellent entertainment fabulous fountains shuffleboard area
the staff was awesome. i especially loved how clean the pool was. it was large and so refreshing. the entertainment at the beach was also excellent. i enjoyed shuffleboard by the fountains as well!
the tv in my room had limited station options, but i didn't spend much time watching tv anyway.

the resort is accessible to many spots! the airport is very close. i liked that the hotel was expansive and clean. it seemed like a slice of paradise.

convenient location private beach free equipment limited equipment unfriendly staff lifeguard attention
The location near the airport was very convenient (just a quick taxi ride). The private beach was quite nice. I enjoyed access to free water sports equipment.
The gym had limited working equipment. Some waiting staff were unfriendly. I noticed the lifeguards spent a lot of time on their phones.
